The sub-menu above has pictures of our 6th floor community rooms. These community rooms can be used at no charge to residents.

The Board Room does not need to be reserved, but should be if you wish to ensure availablity at a particular time. Otherwise, it’s first-come, first-served.

The Fitness Center is always open.

Both the Social Networking Room and the Theater Rooms are secured, meaning you need to reserve each of them (independently), sign an inspection form(s), and use a special fob to access them.
